Valad's Core Plus Fund ("V Plus") is an unlisted closed ended direct property fund for wholesale and institutional investors that invests in core and value-adding property assets. V Plus targets above average risk adjusted returns of between 11-13% pa across its portfolio. Valad seeks to achieve these returns by actively managaging its assets via repositioning, refurbishment, managing costs, floor space usage, tenants and service providers to maximise income and capital value.
