Valad undertakes property and development management services for its property portfolio in Europe and for selected third party clients. These activities include the provision of project management, development management, planning supervision, leasing and acquisition services.  

In Europe our development programme has focused mainly on the industrial, warehouse and office sectors where our core skills lie.  Furthermore, the value-adding nature of our funds management business involves a good deal of refurbishment and extension of buildings as part of the asset enhancement process.
