Description

The Techniczna Industrial Park consists of 10 buildings. Two buildings are multilevel office buildings (C and H) and the remaining eight are warehouse buildings with small office content for warehouse workers and administration. Each of the buildings is sub-divided into multiple independent units. Building L, J, G, K and E have been built to modern standards by using Lentabhallen standards solutions. All internal roads and parking are formed of concrete block pavers. In front of Building H and along the fence between Buildings L and H a main private car parking has been organised (ca. 60 places). In addition there is a number of small dedicated parking places near each of the buildings.

Location

Techniczna Industrial Park is located in Piaseczno, on the southern outskirts of Warsaw approximately 18km from the centre of the city. The population of Warsaw is ca. 1,800,000 inhabitants. The property is situated just off ul. Okulickiego and Puławska, one of the main arterial roads leading south from Warsaw and the longest road in the capital. Piaseczno itself is an area with an established mixture of existing industrial facilities and a good residential catchment. Opposite the property there is the main European manufacturing facility for Thompson Electrical.

The site is located close to ul.Puławska, the main access road to Warsaw and ca. 20km to the north to the Warsaw ring road. It is well connected to roads in direction to Cracow and Katowice and the Warsaw airport is located some 20km from the Park.
