Description
As the first phase of the asset a 5,000 sq m warehouse unit with ancillary office premises were built in 1997. Later the hight tenancy level indicated the expansion of the asset with 3800 sq m in year 2006 as second phase and further 3500 sq m in year 2008 as third phase of the expansion. The asset offers some 1000 sq m units as per now but the structure of the building allows great flexibility in the unit shape up, therefore we can offer tenants units from 300 sqm up to 7000 sq m for warehousing and manufacturing.

Sopiane Business Park is located in the Eastern part of Pécs city, along the Pécsvárad Road (main road nr. 6) in the industrial belt of the city. Main road number 6 connects Budapest with Croatia to the South. Pécs is a historical city at the foot of Mecsek Mountains in the Southern Transdanubium with the population of approximately 156,000. The site is attached to main road nr. 6. The new motorway M6 will provide direct access from Budapest to Pécs by 2010.
