Raszyn Business Park is located in Raszyn at 10 Sokołowska Street, ca. 15km to the south west of Warsaw’s international airport, off a small local road connected to the national roads E77 and E67, which provides access to Warsaw city centre as well as to the regional cities of Krakow and Katowice.
The site is generally flat and of a rectangular shape. It is located in a mixed area of residential properties and agricultural land. There are 2 entrances into the site with separate guardhouses from the south.
