Description
Piaseczno Business Park is easily accessible from ul. Puławska from the city centre direction and areas to the south / west of the city. The development is of a warehouse use designed primarily for local distribution users. The property is situated just off ul. Puławska, one of the main arterial roads leading south from Warsaw, and the longest road in the capital. Piaseczno itself is an area with an established mixture of existing industrial facilities and a good residential catchment.
A major retail complex anchored by Auchan hypermarket and Leroy Merlin is located almost opposite the Property, on the east side of ul. Puławska. A new retail development (Decathlon) has just been completed on the junction of ul. Puławska and ul. Energetyczna. Direct public transport to Warsaw provides a good access to the Property.
The site is well connected to roads in direction to Cracow and Katowice. The Airport is located some 20km from the Park.
