Description

The Gazowa Industrial Park is approximately 3.7 hectares in area, the site is interlinked to the following streets, ul Gazowa, ul Tarnogajska and Miedzyleska which provides access to the main circular routes to the south of Wroclaw. The property has direct connection routes linked via tram and bus.

Location

Wroclaw is the capital of Lower Silesia as well as the region’s cultural, administrative, and economic centre. Since the 1990’s more than 2000 foreign companies have invested in Lower Silesia and Wroclaw.

Wroclaw has good transportation and communication links with the whole of Poland. There are motorways crossing the city, railway connections (both domestic and international), 3 river ports as well as the international airport in Strachowice, located in the western part of the city.
