Description

The facility consists of three separate sites and 31 buildings of diverse size, function and conditions located in te southern industrial region of the city, containing further some extensions, side buildings, and numerous sheds.

Site 2 – 51,882 sq m site comprising 5 buildings, a central office building with 1,050 sq m office accommodation, a 7,400 sq m production unit and further work shop and other production units. The site benefits from its facade opening to the main transportation road of the city.

Site 3 – 68,686 sq m site with some 12,398 sq m warehouse and manufacturing plants. Apart from the 5,000 sqm production hall, this site is famous mainly among local small and middle size businesses.

Site 4 – 45,930 sq m site offering 7,625 sq m warehouse, assembly and workshop units. The site is located next to the local bust station alongside the main road crossing the city.

All three sites enjoy and profits from the  advanced local  transportation and excellent approachability from main roads. The sites waer the traditional industrial features close to the heart of the city with good reputation and skilled local labour force that together encourage potential investors.

 

Location

It is situated close to the main communication line to Eger at some 130 kms East of Budapest near the M3 motorway. The town itself has a population of 56,000 and benefits from a strong tourist industry. The asset is located close to Eger town centre within a rapidly improving Southern industrial area of the town.

Further improvements are expected by the construction of the direct M3 motorway connection to Eger by 2013.
