Description

Location

Eger Business Park is situated close to the main communication line to Eger at some 130 kms East of Budapest near the M3 motorway. The town itself has a population of 56,000 and benefits from a strong tourist industry. The asset is located close to Eger town centre within a rapidly improving Southern industrial area of the town.

The site is easily approachable by car or public transport, having a bus stop at the entrance and with a vast own and public car parks.

Further improvements are expected by the construction of the direct M3 motorway connection to Eger by 2013.
