Description

The facility comprises 11 buildings ranging from small size workshop units up to 5,000 sq m assembly and warehouse halls.

The main buildings of the site are the office buildings offering 870 sq m office accommodation and the two assemly halls, with a warehouse hall attached providing together approximately 15,000 sq m assembly and warehouse accomodation with vast paved open site.

Assembly hall no. I and II was constructed in the mid 1970’s and have undergone major internal refurbishment works over the past few years. The two halls are linked together by a covered walkway even usable movig goods by forklifts. The layout of the two halls are the same with approximately 4,500 sq m assembly area per each surrounded by ground floor and first floor office and social premises.

The modern light structured logistic hall was built in 2000 and offers 4,300 sq m warehouse accommodation with direct production hall access in high standard environment.

Further halls host companies of manufacturing and other light assembly works.

There is an advanced local  transportation in the city and excellent approach of the site that compounds the traditional industrial features and the modern technical incentives close to the heart of the city. Good reputation and skilled local labour force encourage potential investors.

 

Location

Eger Business Park is situated close to the main communication line to Eger at some 130 kms East of Budapest near the M3 motorway. The town itself has a population of 56,000 and benefits from a strong tourist industry. The asset is located close to Eger town centre within a rapidly improving Southern industrial area of the town.

The site is easily approachable by car or public transport, having a bus stop at the entrance and with a vast own and public car parks.

Further improvements are expected by the construction of the direct M3 motorway connection to Eger by 2013.
