The property was originally erected in 1970s as TV factory. Oldest buildings have been refurbished at the end of ‘90s and converted into warehouse buildings. Eight warehouse buildings have been constructed between 2000 and 2006.

City Pointy is the largest distribution facility located within the Warsaw boundaries. The site is located in the industrial part of Targówek which houses numerous warehouse and industrial buildings, in line with the city land development plan. The property is served by the two independent accesses on the south site of the property - one from Zabraniecka street and the other from Utrata Str.
