Blonie Business Park was constructed in 2001 as a built-to-suit warehouse for the Mitsubishi Corporation and is located within the Alliance Logistic Centre (ALC) complex. Location

Blonie Business Park is strategically located in Pass village, part of the township of Blonie, around 15 kilometres to the west of Warsaw’s city border and 27 kilometres from the City Centre. The close proximity to Warsaw and the E30 road connecting Berlin, Poznan, Warsaw and eventually Moscow, makes it an ideal location to serve local, national as well as the western and eastern European markets.

The premises are served by two roads leading to the E30 which are approximately 600m and 900m in length respectively. Warsaw’s Okecie airport is approximately a 50 minute drive from the complex.
