Blonie Business Park is located in the town of Błonie approximately 15 kilometres from Warsaw’s western city limit and 27 kilometres from the city centre, close to the E30 road and is well served by two service roads of ca. 600m and 900m linking it to the E30 (the Berlin-Warsaw- Moscow link road) and Road No 579 (linking Grodzisk Mazowiecki and Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki) respectively. The future A2 highway will run just south of Błonie.

 

The Warsaw’s Okecie airport is approximately a 60 minute drive from the Property.
