The Osprey Fund is a mixed commercial UK property fund established in 2002.  The Fund targets returns of 10% – 12% p.a. Valad seeks to generate these returns by acquiring properties with the potential for rental growth and the ability for the manager to enhance value.  Properties with individual lot sizes of £2 to £10 million are generally selected for investment by the Fund.
