Nordic Aktiv 1

The Nordic Aktiv Fund is a high income Pan Nordic, Office /Industrial Fund established in 2006.  The Fund has a strategy to invest into multi sector secondary real estate across the four main Nordic economies to exploit asset management intensive situations and to primarily provide income growth and capital growth from yield compression.  The Fund targets a total return of 12.6%.

Nordic Aktiv 2

Nordic Aktiv Fund 2 is a follow on to Nordic Aktiv Fund 1.  The Fund invests in high yielding real estate on a multi sector basis with a focus on light industrial estates, secondary offices and mixed commercial assets in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
