The Industrial Investment Partnership is a UK based limited partnership established in March 2004 which provides the sole investor, GIC, exposure to the UK multi-let industrial market.  The Partnership has a similar investment mandate to the Industrial Trust, that is, to maximise investor returns through the ownership, active management, value-enhancement and sale of multi-let industrial estates.
