The German Aktiv Fund was established in 2007 and focuses on acquiring high yielding mixed commercial properties with good rental prospects and opportunities for intensive asset management in strong, established non-CBD German markets.  The Fund aims to provide an attractive mix of secure income and asset management upside with a target internal rate of return between 12% and 14%.
