The University Capital Trust is a Student Housing fund established in April 2004.  The Fund benefits from an established portfolio of quality student accommodation located in strongly performing University towns and cities, providing between 200 to 400 bedrooms in each building.  The assets are a mixture of university let and direct let assets providing both secure income and the opportunity for rental growth.
