The Industrial Trust is a UK multi-let industrial fund established in 2001 with a 25 year term. The Fund targets total returns of between 12% and 14% (geared) and has an investment strategy to acquire properties off market where good rental growth and repositioning potential exists.

The Fund aims to create the flagship industrial portfolio in the UK and to be a market leader in terms of structure, operations, transparency, liquidity and performance.
