CIEF is an Industrial Fund established in 2005 in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe.  The Fund invests in multi-let industrial property with a primary focus on Poland, Romania, Czech Republic and Hungary.  The Fund has a target internal rate of return of 12%.
