Antoine Haldezos         

Fund Manager

Antoine joined Valad as a Management Accountant in October 2003 where he was primarily responsible for the ongoing tax and accounting requirements for Valad’ suite of unlisted funds. Prior to joining Valad, Antoine worked in the Business Service divisions at both Auswild & Co. and PDY Partners Chartered Accountancy Practices with exposure to taxation, accounting and audit for a combined period of three years. In October 2007 Antoine was appointed the Assistant Fund Manager for the ICA Property Development Fund series were he was responsible for the financial analysis, modelling, reporting and the day to day running of those funds and more recently has been appointed as Fund Manager. Antoine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance), is a qualified chartered accountant and registered tax agent.

Mark Frinsdorf

Head of Capital Transactions

Mark has been the Head of Real Estate Investments Capital Transactions for the Asia Pacific region since February 2006 after starting with Valad in mid 2005. Mark oversees all acquisitions and disposals for the region and has led many of Valad's investment acquisitions including the off-market acquisition of the Carter Holt Harvey portfolio. His 17 years of property experience includes senior roles at Bank Minster and Colliers which exposed him to transactions with private, corporate, institutional and government groups across a broad spectrum of asset classes including development sites, hotels, commercial, industrial and residential assets. Mark has a Degree in Property from University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
