The Valad Property Trust (VPT) is the listed property trust which forms one component of the stapled Valad Property Group security, the other component being Valad Funds Management Limited. VPT invests in long-term real estate assets that generate rental income. As a result of the tax status of VPT, this rental income passes through to securityholders untaxed. VPT’s portfolio is diversified geographically across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and invested in office, industrial and warehouse, self storage, retail and bulky goods sectors.
