Valad’s ICA Property Development Funds are unlisted wholesale and institutional funds that invest in property development opportunities across all Australian commercial property sectors. There have been five development funds to date that have invested in projects with an end value in excess of $3 billion.  The most recent fund in this series, ICA Property Development No.5, targets a pre-tax investor return after all fees and fund costs in excess of 18% per annum.
