Valad’s ICA Property Development Funds are unlisted, close ended, opportunity funds for wholesale and institutional investors that have exposure to property development opportunities across all Australian commercial property sectors. There have been five development funds that have invested in various projects. The most recent fund in this series, ICA Property Development Fund No.5, targets a pre-tax investor return after all fees and fund costs in excess of 18% per annum.
