V Plus Fund
Valad's core plus fund is an open ended wholesale / institutional investment fund that invests in core and value-adding property assets. V Plus targets above average risk adjusted returns of between 11-13% pa across its portfolio. Valad seeks to achieve these returns actively managaging its assets via repositioning, refurbishment, managing costs, floor space usage, tenants and service providers to maximise income and capital value. The Fund has a tax effective stapled security structure with 50% gearing.
