Valad emphasises a partnership approach across all its dealings, including those with employees, local stakeholders, tenants and local communities.

This year, the focus of Valad’s charitable activities has again been with the Property Industry Foundation (PIF), of which Valad is a platinum sponsor. Total donations for the year to the PIF and other charitable bodies were more than $74,800 of which a proportion was staff donations. Separately, the Community Support Program and other sponsorships which are managed by Valad on behalf of the HEZ investors have donated approximately $57,066 to community groups in the Hunter Valley of NSW.
