Valad Property Group continues to upgrade its website and the information contained on it including corporate governance information.  

All securityholders are entitled to receive a copy of the Group’s annual (full or concise) and half-yearly reports, and have access to the Group’s external auditors at the Annual General Meeting.  

Valad will continue to investigate and implement improvements in communication with securityholders through electronic means including making results and other presentations available through web casts.
